I had been looking for a car for my wife for a few months and the guys at Grange Prestige couldn't have done more to help us. We live up North so it was quite a journey but having asked for extra photos and videos of the car we made the trip down. We wanted a small dent removing and that was no trouble and to save us traveling down again to collect it they arranged delivery. Sales guy was really knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us showing us how everything worked. Whilst a modern business in many ways with their fancy videos and the like, the service felt like an old fashioned personal experience. Fair play to them and keep up the good work!

He explained all the details and features, staying as long as I needed answering any questions I had. Ended up coming back with the car that day and the process couldn’t have been any easier. I rang up to enquire on an Audi A6 I saw advertised, I dealt with Harry and he answered all my questions and talked me through the different ways of proceeding. He got the finance team to get in touch with me which was very simple, after the documents were signed on my end Harry then contacted me again to ask if I wanted to collect or if I wanted the vehicle delivered to me. I chose to have the vehicle delivered to me and it arrived the next day. From start to finish the process was hassle free Harry was great and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.
